Project Victoria is located on a property with 11 acres and 4 km of lake front property on beautiful Blue Lake

Right now we have the following:

11 Suites, each for 10 people.  With a total capacity of 110 people.

The main building faces Blue Lake.

All of our suites are on the 2nd or 3rd floor with a varanda that has a view of the lake.

Right now we use this room for reunions of 60 people or less.

Larger groups use the meeting room in the dining hall.

Contruction on the meeting room for 150 people has already begun and soon will be completed.

The meals are our constant priority.  We want the guests to have as much food as they want and also to be able to enjoy a menu that has variety and is original.

The suites are all of the same standard and offer many comforts for the guests.

 The bathrooms in the suites offer total privacy since the shower, toilet and sinks are all separated from each other.

Description of the property:

Woods - All native cerrado (type of vegitation)

Flora - rich in variety

Fauna - The variety of wild animals and birds is one of our many attractions.  All of them are conserved in their natural habitat, these would include: Large and small monkeys, black birds, parrots, parakets, capivaras, ant eaters, and many others. 

Aquatic life - The property has 4 km of shoreline on beautiful Blue Lake.  It constantly provides something new to see, it also offers the opportunity to observe all cycles of water life as well as a great variety of birds.
